Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager in Colombia to lead client deliverables across strategy, execution, and measurement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality while maintaining clear client communication.

You will operate within a flexible, fully remote to hybrid work environment, with base salary plus commission, medical benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years leading projects in a digital marketing setting.
• Strong proficiency with Asana and project management practices.
• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of marketing channels helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts and cross-functional teams using Asana.
• Create and adjust deliverable plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communications with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and action item follow-ups.
• Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule tasks.
