Join an amazing US-based company as their Digital Marketing Manager, developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies — from managing PPC campaigns and optimizing SEO to leading the social media presence, overseeing content marketing, and coordinating direct mail (postcard) campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Improve organic rankings through keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate on blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Direct Mail/Postcard Campaigns: Manage recurring postcard mailers' production, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across all channels, analyze results, and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, product) and external vendors/agencies when needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with content strategy and writing/editing for digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with direct mail marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • English: B2 or above.
