SAP Colombia Next Gen roles are designed for recent graduates to launch a career in a global tech company. The Digital Curation Advisor will drive customer outreach campaigns, customize content for Latin America, and support Sales Development Executives with scalable, localized engagement.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, specialists, and regional teams to optimize performance and deliver the right message at the right time. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and growth.

Formación

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships).
• Preferably a career in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications.
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics and generate actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute scalable outreach campaigns aligned with SAP business priorities.
• Curate, adapt, and localize global content for regional audiences across Latin America.
• Build customer-centric email sequences, landing pages, videos and supporting assets that increase engagement.
• Recommend the most effective content based on customer profile, industry, buying stage, and business priorities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
• Manage campaign planning, execution, and delivery within agreed timelines.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Share best practices and continuously improve campaign frameworks, templates, and processes across the organization.
