Electronic Arts in Bogote1 is seeking a QA Project Manager to oversee QA planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting for game development initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor QA staff, and align schedules with development partners to ensure milestones are met.

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, consistently delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and elevate gameplay.
You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia.
Reporting to the Development Director, you will oversee QA project planning and execution with your studio partners. Collaborating with development teams and QA peers, you will coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics. You will be an essential part of coordinating and supporting the team, the knowledge transfer process and communication with the game team and partner groups. In partnership with QA leaders, you will work towards enhancing QA practices, sharing expertise, and advocating for game design and implementation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience in leadership roles in QA and project management roles
3+ years of people management experience
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools
Understanding of software development processes
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with white-box/gray-box testing techniques
