Atoms in Bogotá is seeking a Design Lead to anchor our global operations in Bogotá, managing multiple high-impact projects from concept to delivery.

You will be the technical partner for US-based accounts, translating visions into architectural excellence and ensuring construction standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture and 6–10 years in construction/design, with Revit and Bluebeam proficiency and strong project leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 6–10 years in construction, design or architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam for precision and review.
• Proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles and stakeholders.
• Autonomous, problem-solver with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and orchestrate 2 to 6 high-impact projects from concept to final delivery.
• Act as the key technical partner for US-based industrial and corporate accounts; translate vision into architectural excellence.
• Dive into sketches and drawings to identify roadblocks; ensure design and structural integrity work in harmony.
