The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software outsourcing PM experience, strong English, and a background in software development. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure and elevate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.
