BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software projects and mentor junior PMs. You will drive planning, execution and closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while navigating stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in software PM, strong Agile expertise, and proven delivery within budget. This role offers 100% remote work with competitive USD or local compensation, plus growth opportunities.

In the Semi Senior Project Manager role, utilize your growing experience to manage complex projects. You'll be key in driving project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while navigating challenges and stakeholder expectations.

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience in delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and change management in projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.
