LoansIntel is hiring an Operations Associate (Deal Term Analytics) for its Bogotá office. This role suits recent graduates interested in financial services and data sectors. The Associate will track the primary markets, review documentation, and ensure compliance while working in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets.
• Ability to write professionally in English.

Responsabilidades

• Tracking the syndicated loan and high yield bond primary markets using multiple proprietary data feeds.
• Review deal documentation to identify key features.
• Create database records for new transactions.
• Ensuring strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents.
• Permission entitled clients to private information.
• Maintain records of market coverage.
• Partner with Octus’ covenant operations team to minimize Deal Term Analytics’ time-to-data.
• Collaborating with commercial team to provide excellent client service.
• Liaising with offshore data team on workflow and data initiatives.
• Collaborating on, and leading various administrative and operations projects.
