Perficient is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end PIM architectural initiatives, including integration with third-party systems and enterprise platforms. You will design scalable data ecosystems, drive PoCs, and mentor teams across multiple projects in an Agile setting.

You will engage with stakeholders to define technical strategies, roadmaps, and future-state architectures, ensuring governance and best practices across engagements.

Formación

• 10-15+ years in software development, configuration, or architecture across PIM, Commerce, or Data platforms.
• At least 5+ years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solution design roles.
• Strong expertise in PIM platforms (Informatica PIM, Akeneo, SAP MDG, Salsify, Pimcore).
• Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture with APIs and third-party systems.
• Strong data modeling background including product data structures and MD concepts.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, cloud-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive key areas of technology architecture, providing design guidance to delivery teams.
• Conduct architectural assessments and define roadmaps across PIM and related domains.
• Facilitate client workshops and collaborate with POs and BAs to gather requirements.
• Design and document system integrations, data flows, and architecture diagrams for PIM ecosystems.
• Develop Proof-of- Concepts to validate architecture decisions and new approaches.
• Contribute hands-on by developing complex features within Agile sprints.
• Support multiple Agile Scrum teams from planning to continuous delivery.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, coordinating with offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Define and design data models for PIM entities (products, categories, channels, assets).
• Provide mentorship and architectural leadership across teams.

Job Description

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture for PIM implementations, including integration with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality solutions addressing complex business requirements within PIM, commerce, and data ecosystems.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new architectures and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategies, roadmaps, and future-state architectures.
• Ensure alignment with architecture standards, governance, and best practices across multiple projects and teams.

• Contribute hands‑on by developing complex features and technical components within Agile sprints.
• Support multiple Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment from planning to continuous delivery.
• Manage and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and issues, coordinating with offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Define and design data models for PIM entities (products, categories, channels, assets).
• Provide mentorship and architectural leadership across teams, promoting best practices and innovation.
• Drive standardization of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and engineering practices across projects.
• Participate in pre‑sales, solutioning, and client pursuits, contributing to proposals and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in software development, configuration, or architecture across PIM, Commerce, or Data platforms.
• At least 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solution design roles.
• Strong expertise in PIM platforms (e.g., Informatica PIM, Akeneo, SAP MDG, Salsify, Pimcore, etc.).
• Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, and third‑party system integrations.
• Strong background in data modeling, including product data structures and master data management concepts.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud‑based architectures.
• Hands‑on experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of commerce ecosystems, digital platforms, and data flows.
• Experience with architecture documentation, modeling tools, and diagramming (e.g., UML, C4, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving technical direction.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, including client‑facing workshops.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solutioning, or proposal development is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns is a plus.
