Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a data scientist/ML engineer to advance forecasting and classification projects in production. You will work on GenAI agentic solutions, explainability with SHAP, and scalable LLM workflows. Strong Python, SQL, and PySpark skills are essential.

Experience with Azure and Databricks is preferred, with familiarity in GCP Vertex AI or AWS SageMaker. This role supports remote work and global collaboration across Capgemini teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ML models in production.
• Experience with GenAI toolchains and vector search.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting and classification models in production environments.
• Explain model outputs to non-technical stakeholders using SHAP or similar.
• Implement GenAI agents and RAG workflows at scale.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/Databricks/GCP/AWS).
