GEODIS Colombia is seeking a Data Intelligence Specialist to turn large data volumes into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions through BI solutions. You will work with diverse data sources to build robust dashboards and analytics that inform business choices.

The role requires 3+ years of data modeling, querying, and strategic analysis, with strong English (B2–C1) and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to the business. This is a full-time position in Bogotá.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, querying, and strategic analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Qlik Sense.
• Ability to turn technical information into clear, actionable business insights.

What will your challenge be?

You will be responsible for analyzing, transforming, and ensuring the quality of data from different sources, developing Business Intelligence, analytics, and visualization solutions that help identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, querying, and strategic analysis.
• Essential proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Qlik Sense.
• Knowledge of data quality and integrity, statistical models, and analytical solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency, B2–C1.
• The ability to turn technical information into clear and actionable insights for the business.
