AECOM is seeking a Design Manager – Data Centers for Bogota, Colombia. The role oversees data center projects from due diligence through construction documents, ensuring budget and schedule adherence and high-quality outcomes.

The candidate will manage resources, lead multi-discipline design teams, and liaise with clients and stakeholders while promoting collaboration and best practices across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• Leadership in data center and mission-critical trades."
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard design resources in coordination with leadership.
• Lead data center core and shell design projects from due diligence to CD and construction.
• Develop multi-site project and program management plans.
• Oversee QA checks and adherence to standards.
• Manage localization processes and change tracking.
• Lead client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Develop technical and financial proposals for new projects.
