AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data and architect RTCDP and AJO solutions. You will design XDM schemas, configure identity resolution, and partner with marketing analytics for data ingestion and activation.

The role focuses on building unified customer profiles, implementing robust data pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong English communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Strong experience designing Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas and JSON-based schemas.
• Extensive knowledge of data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Clear communication translating marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architectures within AEP focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas with standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP from enterprise sources.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate journeys in AJO and build audience segments in RTCDP.
• Troubleshoot data flows to ensure data quality, governance and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
