CBRE is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. The role focuses on providing data analytics support, administrative tasks, process improvement, and financial function support to FM in LatAm.

You will work with operations, teams, and senior management to drive data-driven improvements. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Operations Management: Coordinates daily processes to ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance (SLA): Measures and monitors compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that promised standards are met for internal and external clients.
• Process Optimization: Analyzes performance using data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements that reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Strategic Liaison: Acts as a bridge between company management and operational teams, ensuring that the service area supports overall business objectives.
• Deep knowledge in: data analysis and KPIs management

About The Role

As a CBRE Data Analystics Specialist, you will be responsiblefor providing Data Analytics information, administrative support, process improvement initiatives, and financialfunction support to FM area. This role is responsible for providing data analysis support to areasof the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior Latammanagement.

What willyou do?

Act as liaison with business leaders, department managers, and otherinternal and external clients to forecast workload demand and projectdeliverables. Work with business leaders to resolve conflicting priorities. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISEvalues. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complexissues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. Business functions, predominantly facilities management. Analyze and use data to drive impactful changes and improvement Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complexissues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Requiredskills

• Confident and capable of presenting to client team; talking throughregional performance on a monthly basis
• In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products – Power BI preferable.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Critical thinking/analytical mindset
• Data driven with the ability to calculate difficult figures such aspercentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Management skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, andeffectiveness of the performance function.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficultinformation, convey performance expectations and handle problems
