Softgic is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights. The role involves analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, automating reporting, and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, develop data models, and ensure data quality while leveraging BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. 1-2+ years of experience preferred.

Formación

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data modeling.
• Experience with statistical analysis, APIs, and data integrations.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics Lifecycle, Data Governance, BI best practices, and Agile environments.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive teams.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python and SQL.
• Create visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Support operational, workforce, and financial analytics initiatives.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
