DiDi Colombia in Bogotá is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Dark Kitchen team, focusing on helping restaurant partners grow by strengthening their value proposition and execution. You will train partners, build strategic relationships, and translate insights into actions across multiple cities.

The role requires hands-on execution, ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers opportunities to impact growth within a major mobility and food delivery

Team Overview

In the Dark Kitchen team, we are focused on helping our restaurant partners grow by becoming the best option for our users through their value proposition. We assist our clients in many aspects of their food delivery business including commercial opportunities and expansion of their businesses.

Role Responsibilities

• Deploying the brand (Training/Development) on DiDi partners across the country.


• Enabling business developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.


• Strengthening great business relationships with our clients.


• Developing a deep business understanding to gathering insights and transforming them into actionable plans for restaurant brand growth.


• Developing strategic partner relations surrounding brand operation in different cities.


• Tracking performance and optimizing operations.

Role Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.


• Kitchen operation understanding


• Ability to connect high-level business objectives with day-to-day operational execution.


• Hands on approach and attention to detail
