Cognizant is seeking a security professional focused on offensive security to support vulnerability management, scanning, and penetration testing. You will collaborate with Red/Blue teams, Information Security, Governance, IT, and DevOps to propose and implement effective security solutions.

The role involves coordinating with vendors on security tools and serving as a reference on offensive security topics, with occasional after-hours testing as needed.

Formación

• Solid experience with offensive security solutions.
• Experience in vulnerability management and mitigation.
• Knowledge of attack vectors, malware, exploits, and access controls.

Responsabilidades

• Vulnerability Management, including analysis, mitigation, and support.
• G2G security implementations, including agents and security controls.
• Perform scanning and penetration testing activities.
• Actively participate with Red Team, Blue Team, Information Security, Governance, IT, and DevOps personnel in obtaining technological solutions.
• Interact with vendors to identify and manage security tools.
• Act as a reference point and advisor on topics related to specialization, ethical hacking, and offensive security.
• Maintain fluid communication with head and manager levels to prioritize and plan requirements under your administration.
• Perform some penetration testing activities during non-working hours.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Solid experience and knowledge of offensive security solutions, such as:
  • Nmap
  • Nessus
  • OpenVAS
  • Metasploit
  • Burp Suite
  • Other related tools
• Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of attack vectors involving malware, vulnerabilities, exploits, and physical ecosystems, including access controls.
