Formación

  • Nivel de idioma: Italiano C1, Inglés B2.
  • Diploma de secundaria (copia física requerida).

  • Proveer soporte excepcional al cliente por teléfono.
  • Resolver consultas de clientes de manera eficiente.

Your Role

As a Trilingual Customer Expert, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
  • Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Represent TP’s world-class standards in every conversation.
Requisitos

What We’re Looking For

  • Language Level: Italian C1, English B2 – excellent vocabulary and fluent communication is key!
  • High School Diploma (physical copy required).
  • Availability to work in our structured schedules.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a problem-solving mindset.
