Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and strong QA across assets.

This full-time remote contractor role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent English, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. International applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800-2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
