Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a detail-oriented creative designer to join the Brand and Creative Team. The role focuses on bringing ideas to life through motion and design across multiple markets and formats, delivering high-quality graphics, animations, and assets that align with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, and a solid background in visual design and video editing. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing both static and motion work (mandatory).
• Solid foundations in visual design, animation, and video editing.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented creative designer to join our Brand and Creative Team.

The Wow

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life through motion and design, and enjoys working across multiple markets and formats.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Creating high-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for different markets and platforms.
• Designing key visuals and static assets that translate effectively into motion pieces.
• Delivering high-quality, aesthetically strong designs and animations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Applying design and motion effectively across the full media landscape (social, ads, video platforms, etc.).
• Working with industry-standard tools such a s Photoshop, Illustrator , After Effects and other relevant software.
• Editing video pieces with strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Leveraging AI tools for content creation, animation, and workflow optimization (considered a strong plus).

What we are looking for

• The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in visual design, animation, and video editing, with proven experience in similar roles and a solid portfolio that demonstrates both motion and design craft .
• Strong and up-to-date portfolio/reel showcasing both static and design work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in motion and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
• Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
• English is a must
