EPAM Systems seeks an Architect for Microsoft 365 Copilot to shape AI productivity strategy and readiness across a mature M365 environment. You will set the Copilot roadmap, ensure governance and data readiness, and enable adoption with measurable ROI for corporate teams and frontline workers.

Lead licensing discussions, drive change management, and collaborate with technology architecture and business teams to scale secure Copilot outcomes across the organization. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of M365 architecture incl. tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index
• Governance capabilities incl. Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, permissions
• Entra ID and Zero Trust security practices
• Experience with Copilot Studio and GPT-based agents
• Power Platform expertise incl. Power Automate, Power Apps, dataflows
• SharePoint/content architecture incl. taxonomy and lifecycle
• Viva Suite tools for frontline engagement
• Adoption/ROI measurement using Copilot Dashboard and Viva Insights
• Licensing models and roadmap literacy (Ignite/Build)
• English proficiency at B2+ level

Responsabilidades

• Set and evolve the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization
• Conduct readiness assessments for data and governance foundations to support Copilot deployment
• Drive capability building and change management for AI-powered productivity tools
• Align corporate teams and frontline workers around Copilot deployment objectives
• Define measurement frameworks to monitor adoption and quantify business value
• Coordinate delivery with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance topics of Copilot deployment
• Advise teams on licensing choices and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot
