EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to set direction, validate data and governance readiness, and partner with corporate teams to deploy Copilot enterprise-wide. You will own the Copilot roadmap and drive measurable business impact.

You will coordinate with technology, business transformation, and frontline teams, ensuring security, licensing, and compliance while guiding adoption and ROI frameworks across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years in M365 architecture at enterprise scale.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Purview.
• English proficiency level B2+ or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization.
• Conduct readiness assessments for data and governance foundations to support Copilot deployment.
• Lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and frontline workers to align goals for Copilot rollout.
• Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value.
• Collaborate with architecture and transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
• Governance, security, and compliance considerations for Copilot deployment.
• Advise on licensing decisions and long-term Copilot roadmap.
