Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Our client - a dynamic, rapidly growing organization at the forefront of innovation, is seeking an experienced leader to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this unique role, you will work directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Coaching & Mentoring:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders using a proven, structured coaching approach (comprehensive training provided).
  • Offer insightful feedback and guidance to help executives unlock their full potential and improve decision-making.
  • Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and career development.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.
  • Oversee key operational functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and operational improvements.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to leadership, talent development, and organizational performance.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Foster strong business partnerships and drive initiatives that support both internal excellence and external growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Executive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving operational strategies and leading high-performing teams.
  • Coaching & Communication: Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.
  • Experience in managing complex operations; a background in legal or compliance is a plus.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is desirable.
