About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support our client LATAM legal hub in Bogotá. In this position, you’ll handle commercial contracts and regulatory matters across the region, with a strong focus on technology-related legal work. This role is a great opportunity for a Colombia-qualified lawyer eager to work in a fast-moving, international environment.

You'll be part of a collaborative legal team helping shape scalable legal frameworks while advising on corporate and commercial legal issues. If you’re passionate about law, tech, and cross-border challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements commonly used in the tech sector (e.g., SaaS agreements, IP licenses, NDAs, and commercial contracts).

- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments impacting operations throughout Latin America.

- Provide practical legal guidance on day-to-day commercial and operational topics.

- Support the development of scalable legal operations by improving templates, workflows, and internal procedures.

- Maintain accurate, organized legal documentation and support compliance with corporate policies at both regional and global levels.

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed attorney in Colombia, with an active tarjeta profesional.

- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.

- High level of English proficiency (especially for reading and drafting legal documents).

- Experience in fast-paced and/or tech-driven work environments is a strong plus.

- Able to work effectively across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.

- A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and the drive to work in a high-growth setting.
