GCG is seeking a production-focused professional to support its food service operations across the Caribbean and Latin America. You will work with a large team to manage the flow from raw materials to finished menus, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes adherence to specifications, efficient material use, and consistent product quality as part of a dynamic, multicultural team within a leading regional partner.

Responsabilidades

• Meet specifications and timelines for catering service at assigned locations as per raw material orders to finished product delivery.
• Schedule the delivery of finished products to various service points according to production requests.
• Ensure efficient use of raw materials, supplies, and inputs within the production center by the team.
• Maintain organoleptic qualities of products in process within the production center.
• Meet production service indicators and report immediately on key metrics.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of different menus following the established process.”
