A Day in the Life The Contract Analyst is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including administration, negotiation, extension, and termination of both standard and nonstandard agreements. This role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The analyst reviews cost estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy, and prepares bids and reports to advise management on contractual obligations.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
