Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Content Publisher to drive creation and delivery of images and copy texts to online platforms and Content Libraries (DAM). You will enter and review content, emphasize accuracy, and collaborate with the development team to optimize the delivery platform.

Responsibilities include managing CMS pages, maintaining project updates, deploying content to DAM/PIM, and ensuring SEO best practices for discoverability.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in content publishing or related roles.
• Experience with Content Management Systems for at least 6 months.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and content optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Configures, creates and edits new pages within the CMS site tree.
• Adheres to technical solutions including site structures and content development.
• Follows project guidelines to ensure deliverables quality.
• Maintains project updates in the ticketing system.
• Communicates with content team and managers on and offshore to prevent issues.
• Deploys digital content to content libraries (DAM/PIM) per naming conventions.
• Gathers assets from sources and processes them accordingly.
• Runs predefined quality checks on deployed content.
• Reports progress via workflow tools like JIRA or client platforms.
• Collaborates to prepare CMS guides for clients and ensures SEO best practices.

As a Content Publisher (CP), you will be at the forefront of creating captivating and

Content Publisher is responsible for delivering content such as images and copy texts to online platforms and Content Libraries (DAM) and websites. Key functions include content entry and review, strong emphasis on details, ability to collaborate with the development team to optimize the delivery platform.

Responsabilities

• Configures, creates and edits new pages in to the existing CMS site tree.
• Adheres to technical solutions including site structures and content development under project specifications.
• Follow project’s guidelines and workflows to ensure deliverables quality.
• Maintains project updates in the ticket management system available.
• Maintains constant communication with content senior team members and managers On Shore and Off Shore, to help identify and prevent content layout issues.
• Deploying digital content such as images and copy to content libraries (DAM/PIM) according to aligned naming convention and technical specifications.
• Gathering assets & information from various sources and processing them in a required way.
• Running predefined quality checks of the deployed / published content.
• Reporting progress via workflow solutions such as JIRA and other, client specific tools or platforms.
• Collaborate and prepare customized CMS guides and manuals to help clients manage their

Qualifications
