Halliburton seeks an experienced geoscience specialist to support Landmark Software & Services in Bogotá. The role involves advanced geocellular and reservoir modeling, applying dynamic simulation, and delivering data-driven solutions to clients in the energy sector.

You will work under general supervision, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to project teams while managing your workload to meet service level targets.

Formación

• Petroleum Engineering or Geologist with a relevant degree.
• 5+ years of experience in geocellular, reservoir, dynamic simulation, or integrated modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with geocellular modeling tools (Petrel, DSG) and reservoir simulators (Eclipse, Intersect, Nexus, CMG, T‑NAV).
• Experience with uncertainty and probabilistic modeling (Ensembles, Monte Carlo, Sensitivity Analysis).
• Experience in data quality (PVT, production, logs, properties).
• Knowledge of Python or automation scripting languages (preferred).

Job Duties

Under general supervision, has good knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology, gained through formal education and work experience. Qualifications

• Petroleum Engineering or Geologist.
• More than 5 years of experience in geocellular, reservoir, dynamic simulation, or integrated modeling.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in:
  • UEM Methodology
  • Geocelullar model (Petrel, DSG) dynamic
  • Reservoir Simulation (Eclipse, Intersect, Nexus, CMG, T‑Nav).
• Management in uncertainty and probabilistic modeling (Ensembles, Monte Carlo, Sensitivity Analysis).
• Experience in data quality (PVT, production, logs, properties).
• Knowledge of Python or automation scripting languages (preferred).
