You will work directly with international clients and executive stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role combines strong consulting skills with technical expertise and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI, Automation or Process Mining initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English (B2+ or C1).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements.

Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.

Design AI, Automation and Process Mining solutions.

Work directly with international clients and executive stakeholders.

Lead workshops and discovery sessions.

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Coordinate project activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Support pre-sales activities, solution design and proposals.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.

Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with AI, Automation or Process Mining initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Advanced English (B2+ or C1).
