The Compliance Manager plays a critical role in supporting regulatory and operational compliance across Inizio Engage. While the role focuses on non-commercial pharmacy services, it also contributes to the broader Engage quality and compliance program, supporting cross-functional initiatives, regulatory requirements, and global compliance strategy alignment. This role is responsible for creating the compliance program specific to the pharmacy while ensuring alignment with the global compliance strategy for Inizio and Inizio Engage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and brings a solid understanding of compliance frameworks within patient support services, 3PL, and non-dispensing pharmacy models. This position does not have any direct reports and reports to the Head of Quality & Compliance for Inizio Engage.

What will you be doing?

Regulatory Compliance & Oversight
  • Monitor evolving federal and state pharmacy regulations and assess applicability to internal operations.
  • Support licensing, renewals, and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory bodies and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Audit & Inspection Readiness
  • Maintain SOPs, logs, and documentation for pharmacy operations; review for compliance readiness.
  • Support preparation and participation in audits by accrediting bodies and clients.
  • Respond to audit findings with corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs).
Policy Implementation & Monitoring
  • Review, recommend, and implement pharmacy-specific policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct routine internal reviews for adherence to SOPs, license scope, and program requirements.
  • Monitor for potential compliance risks and escalate issues to leadership.
Training & Communication
  • Support onboarding and annual compliance training for pharmacy and support teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for compliance-related questions.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work with Legal, Operations, and Patient Solutions teams to ensure cohesive compliance.
  • Participate in program implementation to ensure compliance alignment.
  • Support client-specific compliance requests and regulatory guidance.
  • Support HIPAA and data privacy compliance in documentation, training, and program execution.
  • Partner with the Global Engage Q&C team on compliance projects and global strategy.
What do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, pharmacy, public health, or regulatory-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy compliance, quality, or regulatory affairs.
  • Familiarity with state Boards of Pharmacy, HIPAA, FDA/DEA regulatory frameworks, and 3PL/patient support models.
  • Experience with non-commercial pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, or HUB programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives across health sciences, pharma, or regulated industries a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HUB services including PAP, Quick Start, and Bridge programs.
