GM Financial is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the enterprise-wide compliance framework and regulatory change management. You will analyze regulations, track action items, and assist in developing policies and training for employees, with a strong emphasis on data-driven monitoring.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish with excellent English, possess Power BI and advanced Excel skills, and can collaborate across teams while delivering timely, accurate reporting.

Formación

• Knowledge of Power BI, advanced excel and database management.
• Strong analytical, data gathering and data interpretation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct research and present information effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple duties and meet deadlines consistently.
• Fluent in Spanish and excellent English (bilingual).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain understanding of regulatory environment and compliance risks.
• Assist with compiling information on applicable rules and regulations for jurisdictions.
• Support development of compliance policies and procedures and related research.
• Analyze transactional alerts and monitoring processes of compliance programs.
• Track completion of regulatory change management action items.
• Support training and deliver risk-based compliance monitoring and testing.
