Job Description

We are looking for a new teammate to join our Communication & Corporate Responsibility department at our headquarters in Madrid. This is a temporary position to cover a paternity leave, and it offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our global communication and CR strategy.

As a Senior Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening ROADIS’ reputation and brand recognition, both internally and externally. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, reporting directly to the Director of Communication, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • External communications: drafting of press releases, management and coordination of projects with suppliers ensuring deadlines and product quality, and maintaining relationships with key media.
  • Internal communications: collaborating in the design, planning, and implementation of IC campaigns across the assets, production and creation of corporate news and reports, maintenance of internal communication channels, coordinating the rollout of the company’s cultural model, and providing support to the internal client.
  • Digital Communication: company website and intranet project, support in the design of company’s integration strategy in social networks, management and analysis of audience statistics, and SEO/SEM positioning and online reputation.
  • Marketing y Branding: collaborating in the design, planning, and implementation of campaigns, participation in the visual identity creation processes of the company's products and brands, update and edition of commercial materials, and preparation of scripts for campaigns and corporate materials.
  • Corporate Responsibility: supporting company’s storytelling, implementing ESG plans, managing and reporting on ESG, and identifying areas where the company could have a positive impact through CR actions.

  • Excellent level of English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive and well-organized, self-starter, with the ability to coordinate several projects at the same time.

  • Excellent written and audiovisual communication skills.
  • Graphic design and web editing skills (Photoshop, Indesign, Wordpress...).
About You
  • Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or Audiovisual Communication.
  • Master’s degree in advertising/marketing/Corporate Communication/International Relations, or similar would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience.
