Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Commercial Data Scientist to join our Global Marketing team. In this role you’ll transform complex customer, market, and competitive data into actionable tools that drive our global growth strategy.

Working alongside a collaborative team, your technical expertise will power AI-driven analytics models and intelligence platforms that help quantify value and guide critical commercial decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, preferably in a large enterprise or B2B tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Python or R, SQL, cloud data platforms, and predictive statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI.
• Proven background supporting competitive intelligence, market research, or customer experience functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical data execution: transform raw data streams into usable intelligence across customer, market, and competitive programs.
• Develop and maintain commercial models: build and manage analytics programs including CLV, Account Health scoring, and Propensity to Buy.
• Deploy AI and generative tools: implement advanced ML techniques, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures to build intelligent agents and automate insights.
• Synthesize actionable insights: translate analytical findings into dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

What You’ll Bring
