Qualifications

• MD degree required and medical license.
• Demonstrated 7+ years in pharma/HC leadership roles.
• Experience leading pre-launch and launch strategies for multiple assets.
• Experience managing large teams (10+ people) in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of local healthcare market in Colombia or similar market.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute high-quality medical strategy for disease areas and brands across lifecycle.
• Design and implement medical affairs plans addressing needs including RWE/HEOR, digital tech, and education.
• Serve as disease-area medical expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical Lead to shape region/country activities in line with global strategy.
• Provide capability-building plans for field medical teams.
• Provide medical/sci input for brand documents and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Report adverse events and safety concerns within 24 hours.
