Formación

• Más de 4 años de experiencia en DevOps, SRE o Ingeniería de Plataformas.
• Fuertes habilidades de codificación y automatización; experiencia en desarrollo de software.
• Conocimiento sólido de sistemas distribuidos, redes y diseño nativo de la nube.

Responsabilidades

• Impulsar operaciones en la nube para garantizar rendimiento y confiabilidad.
• Colaborar para construir soluciones escalables y seguras.
• Implementar monitoreo, registro y alertas para asegurar confiabilidad.
• Construir scripts y herramientas de automatización para optimizar la infraestructura.

Descripción

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure reliability.
• Build automation scripts and tools to optimize infrastructure and workflows.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable delivery.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and chaos engineering.
• Lead incident response, create runbooks, and develop preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to design containerized and serverless systems.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, ensuring security and compliance.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform across AWS and Azure.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Cloud DevOps Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English Proficiency (required for internal and daily communications)
• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong coding and automation skills; background in software development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, networking, and cloud-native design.
• Skilled in observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiar with SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bias toward automation, continuous improvement, and innovation.
