Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Colombia seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to join the global team and provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. You will ensure audit readiness, assist in site activation, and help develop critical paths for rapid site activations across trials.

Responsibilities include coordinating trial activities, conducting file reviews, ensuring tasks meet timelines and budgets, and providing system support for Activate and eTMF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience.
• Experience (0–1 year) or equivalent in clinical trials or related field.
• Ability to work in team or independently and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial activities per task matrix and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct file reviews and document findings in systems.
• Provide administrative support for site activation and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs, directives, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support with on-site feasibility discussions and site selection input.
• Train new staff and act as buddy during onboarding where needed.
