Fortrea seeks a Project Coordinator I for the Project Management Academy to support the Project Lead and study teams in clinical trials. You will learn to set up schedules in MS Project, track timelines, and assist with budgets and change controls.

This entry-level role focuses on mentorship, quality processes, and collaborative work within a regulated environment, with opportunities to grow professionally.

Formación

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical, CRO industries or health care setting will be considered in lieu of education.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain project schedules; update timelines in MS Project and governance tools.
• Assist with budget reviews, vendor tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support Change Order creation and vendor management; escalate out-of-scope work as needed.
• Update risk tools (RIIM) and ensure timely action resolution with IT and study teams.
• Support quality and audit readiness, including documenting issues and CAPAs.
• Facilitate study team meetings and maintain project communication channels.
