Materialise Medical is seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional to support surgeons and clinical teams in Colombia. You’ll assist pre-operative planning, steer the design and production of patient-specific surgical guides, and travel to client sites to promote and support our products.

You’ll build strong relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders, maintain high quality standards throughout the process, and contribute to making a meaningful impact on patient care every day.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Strong organizational abilities and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Support surgeons in pre-operative planning via phone and web meetings.
• Steer the design and production of patient-specific surgical guides.
• Ensure high quality standards are met throughout the process.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows to promote and support our products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
