Materialise Medical is seeking a customer-focused professional to support surgeons in pre-operative planning and to help design patient-specific surgical guides. You will engage with customers via calls and web meetings, travel to sites and trade shows, and ensure high quality throughout the process.

The role requires 2-5 years supporting medical professionals, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience supporting medical professionals preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and key opinion leaders OR / OR Services experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational ability.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support surgeons in pre-operative planning of cases, via phone and web-meetings.
• Steer the design and production of patient specific surgical guides.
• Ensure our high quality standards are met throughout the process.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows to promote and support our products.
• Build customer relationships.
