As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on account management, driving incremental revenue by helping your clients reach their campaign goals consistently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Colombia, Ecuador, Central America, and the Caribbean.
  • Designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Building deep trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising.
  • Leveraging performance data and insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive incremental growth.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections.
Digital marketing expertise
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing, and experimental design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, MMPs).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and a client-first approach.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous learning attitude.
  • Analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Languages
  • Fluent English (required)
Tools
  • Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Copilot/Gemini/ChatGPT.
  • Desirable: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPS (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or others).
