Pharmbills is seeking a Claims Specialist to join our global team. Based in Bogota, you'll review and process healthcare insurance claims, track discrepancies, and collaborate with providers and U.S. insurers to ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

You will maintain precise records, handle denials and appeals, and generate trend reports. The role offers remote work after the adaptation period and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing company serving the U.S. healthcare market from Colombia.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills to spot patterns and solve problems.
• Sharp attention to detail for accurate claim handling.

• Familiarity with healthcare claims, billing, or insurance workflows is a plus.
