Hired, on behalf of a global engineering services client in Colombia, is seeking a Civil Engineer for a contract role spanning from conception to completion of infrastructure projects.

You will design roads, bridges, utilities, review drawings, coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance using CAD tools.

Bachelor’s degree required; PE license preferred; strong analytical and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelorf1s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license or eligibility for licensure.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Experience with project management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for structural design and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project compliance with design plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project execution.
• Use CAD software and other tools to model and analyze structural designs.
