Job summary

WSP in Colombia is seeking a Civil 3D Modeler to develop, maintain and coordinate 3D models and drawings for municipal infrastructure, transportation, land development and water projects using Autodesk Civil 3D. You will support multidisciplinary teams across projects, ensuring design accuracy and compliance with standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree and at least 3 years of Civil 3D experience, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing engineering models with Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of surfaces, corridors, alignments and pipe networks.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain Civil 3D models for municipal infrastructure and land development projects.
• Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, grading designs and corridor models.
• Generate engineering drawings and construction documentation from Civil 3D models.
• Coordinate design information with civil, structural and environmental teams.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.
