We are seeking a visionary IT leader to spearhead our global technology operations. This role will oversee a growing team of IT professionals and drive strategic technological advancements.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in infrastructure, cybersecurity, software systems, and IT compliance. As we expand globally, this leader will play a pivotal role in harmonizing platforms, managing vendors, and driving digital transformation at a scalable and cost-effective level.

This position is responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of our global IT operations, including leading the internal IT team, managing vendors, ensuring system-wide security and compliance, and optimizing infrastructure and applications.

• Lead and manage the global IT team across various time zones and geographies
• Develop and oversee our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and transformation goals
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and system compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience (7+ years) in IT leadership roles within international, multi-site organizations
• Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks
