MRINetwork is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist for a fast-growing U.S.-based wholesale distributor. The role focuses on timely processing of payments, lockbox and ACH handling, and posting in NetSuite. Strong Excel and English communication are required.

The candidate will resolve unapplied cash, reconcile cash receipts, and assist with month-end close related to cash posting. Prior U.S. banking experience is highly valued.

Formación

• 2–5 years of hands-on cash application/cash posting experience in AR or accounting.
• Direct experience processing lockbox deposits and ACH payments at a U.S. bank (PNC preferred).
• Comfortable handling occasional wire transfers.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve and review daily bank lockbox images and remittance data; match payments to invoices in NetSuite.
• Process and post ACH payment batches daily; ensure accurate application to customer accounts.
• Process occasional wire transfers; verify amounts against remittance advice.
• Research unapplied cash, short pays, overpayments, and misapplied payments; coordinate with AR/Sales.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts against bank statements; post same-day or next business day.
• Investigate and clear discrepancies between bank deposits and system postings; escalate unresolved items.
