Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) seeks a Manager to drive card portfolio optimization across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will shape data-driven, AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with regional teams, and deliver scalable methodologies that translate business needs into actionable outputs.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage multiple priorities, and present client-ready analyses and recommendations to stakeholders with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience; degree requirements per basic/preferred qualifications.
• Experience in payments, analytics, consulting, or financial services is highly valued.
• Strong ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a portfolio optimization SME across LATAM, guiding growth and lifecycle management.
• Develop and enhance portfolio optimization methodologies, business rules, and delivery playbooks.
• Translate business needs into data/AI-enabled solutions and define outputs and implementation considerations.
