A healthcare services provider is seeking a customer service representative to handle patient scheduling calls and provide exceptional service. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in customer service. Candidates with healthcare knowledge and proficiency in Windows Office are preferred. What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns in a satisfactory manner
  • Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments following established protocols

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality of account information
  • Escalate issues to management and assist with various projects as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
  • Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
  • Experience in a medical setting with knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred
  • Proficient in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
