Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. seeks a C++ Software Developer to join the Revenue Accounting platform team in Bogota.

You will participate in designing, developing and maintaining core functionalities, defining technical design with stakeholders, and delivering software that meets Amadeus standards. The ideal candidate will have strong C++ expertise, OO programming, UML, and experience with MSSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB, plus Git and Agile practices.

Formación

• Strong experience in full software development lifecycle.
• Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and UML.
• Advanced experience in C++.
• Expert in design patterns, algorithms, and security requirements.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB preferred).
• Familiar with version control tools such as GIT and proper branching techniques.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in specifications reviews, propose technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.
• Develop software according to Amadeus Standards, including documentation.
• Perform code reviews in line with Amadeus quality standards.
• Conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.
• Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product.
• Produce software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
• Support the end user in the Production phase by debugging existing software solutions in response to PTRs and CRs issued from Product Management or Product Definition.
