A leading BPO company in Colombia is seeking an Account Executive to hunt for new clients and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, and is proficient in English (C1). Formación

  • Hunt for new clients in LATAM and US through digital tools.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline in Hubspot.
  • Pitch and sell value-driven solutions.
  • Close deals strategically.
  • Ensure seamless client transitions to operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams.

We’re Hiring – Account Executive (Sales)

Location: Colombia (Hybrid or Remote)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Schedule: Full-time – Mon-Fri 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing
  • Hunting for new clients in LATAM & US through digital tools, automation & networks.
  • Building a killer pipeline in Hubspot and keeping it sharp.
  • Pitching and selling value-driven solutions that truly matter.
  • Closing deals with strategy, numbers, and vision.
  • Making sure new clients transition seamlessly to operations.
  • Teaming up with Marketing, Ops & Product to level up our offer.
Candidate Profile
  • Technician or technologist.
  • English level C1
  • +2 years selling, Hubspot and sales automation skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, easy to learn.
  • Hybrid mode also during training.
  • Excellent attitude, focused on quality.
  • At least 2 years in B2B sales (ideally SaaS or enterprise software).
