Job Description

We're on the hunt for a Business Intelligence Lead Analyst who can turn numbers into narratives and dashboards into decision-making powerhouses. This role is all about turning complex financial data into intuitive, interactive, and insightful tools that real people can actually use (and maybe even love).

• Building Power BI dashboards.
• Writing Python scripts to automate data wrangling, transformation, and secret sauce-ing.
• Integrating APIs and working with data pipelines like a modern-day plumber.
• Making sure everything is secure and scalable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Python, especially for data analysis and automation (pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SQL and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with financial data, KPIs, and business metrics (bonus if you've worked with financial services clients).
• Ability to connect to various data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, cloud storage).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Strong communication skills - able to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments.
